Interested in being an exhibitor?
A Day For Moms Conference provides an opportunity for moms to have fun while learning! So we carved out time during the conference for moms to visit the “vendor booths” to shop and be informed about local businesses and support organizations. We are looking for organizations whose mission closely aligns with moms and families.
Product or Services Sales
Showcase your brand before mothers—the largest buying market segment. We seek vendors who offer wallet-friendly price points, with products or services under $50 preferred.
Community Services Organizations
Are you a community service organization that supports the well-being of mothers and families? Please consider applying for a booth at the conference to share your organization’s services and information.
BOOTH RENTAL FEES
We are offering two options for vendor booths:
$50 – near registration in main foyer
$30 – hallway directly outside breakout session rooms
Each booth comes with one six-foot table.
You will need to supply tablecloths and chairs.
Note: booth fees are waived for nonprofit community service organizations.

We’re excited about your interest in participating in our event!
The vendor committee will review all applications and notify those vendors selected no later than August 9, 2019. Payment must be received by August 23rd.
There are two fees based on table location. The foyer/entrance area is $50 per 6 ft table. The hallway in front of the breakout rooms is $30 per 6 ft table. There will be a limited number of nonprofit spots available at no cost.
